It is time for the western church to deal with its plague of pornography. Revival begins when we stop comparing our sins to others and place our sins before the Holy, Pure and Righteous God. We are called to pursue holiness and not compromise.
Many of you reading this feel as if you are in your own cave of despair. You may have tried to run away from your situation by binge watching Netflix shows or escaping into the fantasy world of pornography.
There is a subtler form of abuse of women and children that occurs every day and receives little to no attention. As a matter of fact, it is encouraged, promoted and millions of dollars are spent marketing it. This abuse has a name and it is called pornography.
Many people spend their entire life in the pursuit of happiness. American parents will often promote this pursuit through wishing “I just want my kids to be happy.” Many people take this mind set into their relationships and when they no longer “feel happy” move on to chase the next happy high.
